Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we do not accept returns once a product is delivered, except in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
You must provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.

Once we inspect your request:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you have not received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account.
Contact your bank or credit card provider, as posting delays may occur.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

Email us with your order number, issue description, and supporting images.
Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.
You can expect delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
